How do I uninstall the offline app?

To uninstall the offline app on a PC or Linux, please follow these instructions:
    1. Right click on the MEE2 Icon on your desktop
    2. Select 'Open File location'
    3. On the file folder, scroll down and double click on 'Uninstall_macmillan.bat'
    4.  Select 'Yes' to uninstall.
    5. Once uninstalled, restart your device.
