I have forgotten my password on Navio, how can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, please ask your teacher as he/she should keep a record of his/her students' credentials.

Alternatively, please follow the steps below to reset it:
  1. Open the Navio app.
  2. Select ‘Student’
  3. Click ‘Forgotten Password?’. You will be redirected to the Navio website.
  4. Enter your username and click ‘OK’.
  5. An email with a reset password link will be sent to the email address that is linked with your account.
Please note, in alignment with privacy regulations we cannot handle passwords. Please refrain from sending these to us.
