I have forgotten my password on Navio, how can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, please ask your teacher as he/she should keep a record of his/her students' credentials.
Alternatively, please follow the steps below to reset it:
Please note, in alignment with privacy regulations we cannot handle passwords. Please refrain from sending these to us.
- Open the Navio app.
- Select ‘Student’
- Click ‘Forgotten Password?’. You will be redirected to the Navio website.
- Enter your username and click ‘OK’.
- An email with a reset password link will be sent to the email address that is linked with your account.
