I have forgotten my username on Navio, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your username, please ask your teacher as he/she should keep a record of his/her students' credentials.

Alternatively, please follow the steps below to recover it:

1. Open the Navio app.
2. Select ‘Student’
3. Click ‘Forgotten Username?’. You will be redirected to the Navio website.
4. Enter the email address that you used to create your Navio account.
5. You will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
